Creative Director
Rafael Blanco
Bio: Rafael Blanco is a native of Tampa, FL., and holds Professional Engineering (PE)Degree in several States, including Florida, with additional Certification as General Contractor. In 2007, he founded RDG Design and Builders, Inc., and still remains the main driving force behind the company's innovative and creative Design and Construction Department.

Daniel Blanco
Bio: Daniel Blanco is a native of Tampa, FL, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA)Degree from our very own University of South Florida with a solid foundation in construction management, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience to effectively plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
